Shipping is free on all orders. Delivery takes one working day for all orders carried out before 13:00 on the given day (or 2-3 working days for residents of the UAE, Canada, Australia and Japan). For purchases made online, the total cost of an item’s price will be refunded, as long as it is returned in its original condition, with the original Giuseppe Zanotti packaging and the return/exchange label intact and attached to the product. Returns are not available for personalised items. Refund times vary based on the method of payment used when completing an order. Refunds will always be made within 7 working days from the moment that a returned item arrives at our warehouses for processing.
