It is also advisable to avoid accidental contact with rough surfaces or sharp objects, which could damage the surface.

To preserve the material’s characteristics, do not use products intended for cleaning leather; instead, gently remove any dirt with a soft cloth lightly dampened with water and mild soap.

SHIPPING

All orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, and are shipped within 1–3 business days.

RETURNS

The return period for online purchases is 14 days from the date of delivery of the order. You can return or exchange your item free of charge by following the procedure outlined in Online Returns & Exchanges.
