The grosgrain fabrics used in the Giuseppe Zanotti collections are crafted using specific cutting and sewing techniques that preserve their structure and distinctive texture. For this reason, the surface may be sensitive to friction or contact with sharp objects, which could cause fraying or damage the weave.

It is also recommended to avoid contact with water, other liquids, and rain, as well as prolonged exposure to heat sources and light—whether natural or artificial—which could cause stains or color changes.

To remove small amounts of dirt, we recommend using a soft cloth lightly dampened with water and mild soap. Do not use products specifically designed for cleaning leather.

SHIPPING

All orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, and are shipped within 1–3 business days.

RETURNS

The return period for online purchases is 14 days from the date of delivery of the order. You can return or exchange your item free of charge by following the procedure outlined in Online Returns & Exchanges.
