Returns
To make a return or exchange a size simply enter the order number and email address used for the purchase in the relevant fields and press SUBMIT. A wizard will allow you to choose the products to return and will explain how to prepare the package. Please note that during the size change procedure the system will only show the sizes that are currently available. If the size you're looking for doesn't appear, it means that it's out of stock.

Return Information
You can return any purchase you make with the Giuseppe Zanotti Store for a full refund for items in as new condition. The return shipping is FREE. You must ship the item you wish to return back to us within 30 days of the date in which your order was delivered to you. Items returned to us after 30 days cannot be returned. For items that arrive beyond this timeframe, the change-of-size request will automatically expire.
On the Online Returns & Exchanges page, it is only possible to exchange your purchase for a different size of that product. You can not exchange for style or color. If a change-of-size request is made, the shoes ordered must arrive at the e-commerce depot within 10 days of the online form being filled out.
No. The sale of customised or made-to-order products is final and they cannot be returned or exchanged.
Yes. A return of an item purchased as a gift will result in a refund of the original purchaser’s credit card.
If you receive an item as a gift and wish to return it, simply follow the instructions on how to ship the item back, it is very easy and return shipping is free.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from GiuseppeZanotti.com, you can return it and get a refund. Sorry, but we cannot accept returns of products purchased at Giuseppe Zanotti boutiques or retailers and the products purchased on GiuseppeZanotti.com cannot be returned elsewhere. You can return an item up to 30 days after its delivery date.
At Giuseppe Zanotti, we aim to reduce our environmental impact and therefore we will digitally provide our customers with return instructions without printing them on paper.
To return an item:
1. Follow the Online Returns & Exchanges procedure
If you have an account, login to the website, go to the "Returns" section and select the product you want to return; if you completed your purchase in Guest Mode, go to the "Online Return & Exchanges" section where you will be required to enter your order number and the email address used to complete the purchase.
2. Choose a return shipping method:
After confirming the product you want to return, you can choose between two different return shipping options:
a. Home Collection Return
A courier will collect your package on the day you indicated and at the address you supplied during the return procedure. We will automatically arrange the collection.
By selecting the Home Collection Return method, you will receive a return confirmation email containing all necessary information to proceed: attached to the email, you will also find a return shipping label and some documents to be printed.
Remember to ship the products that you wish to return before the return deadline expires, that is within 30 days from the shipment date of your purchase.
b. Drop-off Return
You can go to an affiliated Drop-off Location to return your product: you can find out which Drop-off Location is closest to you by checking the Drop-off Locations list that is available during the return procedure.
By selecting the Drop-off Return method, you will receive a confirmation email containing all necessary information to proceed: attached to the return confirmation email, you will also find a return shipping label and some documents to be printed.
Remember to ship the products that you wish to return before the return deadline expires, that is within 30 days from the shipment date of your purchase.
3. Prepare the package for shipment
Put the products you wish to return in their original packaging. You will need to print the pre-filled return shipping label that you received in the return confirmation email and attach it to the package over the previous label, making sure all the information and codes contained in the new label are legible. Remember to also print the other documents attached to the return confirmation email: you will have to hand them over to the personnel in charge of the collection.
Once your package is ready, you can then proceed with the shipment according to the method you have chosen, following the instructions provided in the return confirmation email.

I Lost The Return Shipping Label Or The Confirmation Email, What Should I Do?
If you lose your return confirmation email containing the pre-filled return shipping label and the documents, contact our Customer Service, we will provide you with all the necessary assistance.
How Can I Check The Status Of My Return?
You can check the status of your return at any time by logging into the Track your return section.
When we receive your returned merchandise back to our Returns Center, we will inspect the products to make sure they are in “as new” condition. You will receive an email that the return was received and a refund was made to the credit card or PayPal account you used to pay for your order within maximum 14 days.
When the inspection confirms your returned product is approved for a refund or exchange, you will receive an email confirmation with details for the refund made to the payment method you used to place your order.
As soon as the refund is made to the payment option you used for your order, you will get a confirmation email. I may take up to 14 days for the amount to show on your credit card statement. If you have paid your order with PayPal, a refund normally appears within 48 hours on your Paypal account.
The clearance date of the repayment will be the same as the initial payment to Giuseppe Zanotti. As a consequence, the party who made the payment will not suffer any loss in terms of bank interest.
If you misplace your pre-paid return label, contact our Customer Service team. They will send you a new one.
Sorry, but we currently do not offer the possibility to return or exchange items purchased online to our stores. If you are not satisfied with your online order, you can return the item, return shipping is on us.
Items returned to us need to be 100% ‘as new’. This means they cannot be worn except to try on, and they cannot have any scratches on any part of the uppers or soles, have any dirt, scuff marks or excessive wrinkles.
We suggest that when you are trying on shoes before you’ve decided to keep them, you only walk on carpets in order to protect the soles of the shoes.
Items that are not ‘as new’ will not be accepted for return, and will be returned to you.
If the items returned cannot be accepted due to non-compliance, the customer will be informed via email within a reasonable period of time. In this case, the customer will be able to have the items redelivered at their own expense. If the customer refuses to do so, Giuseppe Zanotti reserves the right to withhold the items and the amount paid for the purchase.
We guarantee the workmanship of our merchandise for 2 years. If within this period you experience a manufacturing fault with your product, we will repair, or at our discretion, replace the merchandise at no cost to you.
We do not consider damage caused by normal wear and tear to be a fault. Equally damage caused by use of the merchandise for purposes other than its intended use is equally not considered a manufacturer’s defect.
