Every Giuseppe Zanotti creation is crafted with artisanal care, including embroidery, crystals, metal plates, and other decorative details. To preserve their integrity, we recommend avoiding direct contact between these elements and delicate materials such as satin, lace, and leather, which could become scratched or torn.

We therefore recommend storing your shoes separately in the dust bags provided in the box.

To clean the metal plaques, use only the dedicated cloth included in the box. In case of accidental contact with water, dry immediately with a soft, dry cloth.

To clean crystals and embroidery, gently use a soft, slightly damp cloth.

For purchases made online, the total cost of an item’s price will be refunded, as long as it is returned in its original condition, with the original Giuseppe Zanotti packaging and the return/exchange label intact and attached to the product. 

Returns are not available for personalised items. Refund times vary based on the method of payment used when completing an order. Refunds will always be made within 7 working days from the moment that a returned item arrives at our warehouses for processing.
