To preserve the natural beauty of the leathers selected for Giuseppe Zanotti creations, they are not subjected to chemical treatments that alter their original characteristics.

Precisely because of their authenticity, they may be sensitive to the elements: contact with rain or other liquids could leave slight stains, particularly on lighter shades.

For daily care, we recommend gently removing any dirt with a neutral, paraben-free beeswax-based cream, applying it with a soft, dry cloth. Regular care will help preserve the leather’s softness, appearance, and quality over time.

For purchases made online, the total cost of an item’s price will be refunded, as long as it is returned in its original condition, with the original Giuseppe Zanotti packaging and the return/exchange label intact and attached to the product. 

Returns are not available for personalised items. Refund times vary based on the method of payment used when completing an order. Refunds will always be made within 7 working days from the moment that a returned item arrives at our warehouses for processing.
