Over time, the natural structure of the fur may cause knots and slight ripples to form, which are characteristic of the material. In the event of accidental contact with rainwater, we recommend allowing the product to dry naturally, away from heat sources.

Any dirt can be gently removed with a soft cloth lightly dampened with water and mild soap. For a more thorough cleaning, we recommend using only specialized dry cleaners.

SHIPPING

All orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, and are shipped within 1–3 business days.

RETURNS

The return period for online purchases is 14 days from the date of delivery of the order. You can return or exchange your item free of charge by following the procedure outlined in Online Returns & Exchanges.
