Code of Ethics and 231 Model Whistleblowing

Giuseppe Zanotti S.p.A. is committed preventing any conduct that may constitute a breach of the 231 Model and Code of Ethics rules, principles and values the Company has adopted for a proper organization of its activities.
To this extent, for any reports according to art. 6 paragraph 2bis of Legislative Decree regulating whistleblowing, the Company has set up an online platform accessible to its employees, collaborators and stakeholders that allows the reporting even in a completely anonymous way of any violations, unlawful conducts and irregularities.
The platform guarantees absolute confidentiality and encryption of the reporting and reporting data, as it is accessible only by the authorized receiving entity.

WARNING: in case of connection via intranet or company device, the company could track the access logs and therefore also the IP address of the device in addition to the date, time and duration of the connection. For this reason, in compliance with the rules governing the Whistleblowing tool, in order to ensure the complete anonymity of the whistleblower, it is recommended to access the whistleblowing platform only through devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops, PCs...) and connections (network or VPN) other than corporate connections.
